  • CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

    Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not entered production, which typically takes 1-3 days.

    Any orders with defects or damages may be returned, be sure to contact us immediately and we will assist you.

    To cancel or return an order, email us at support@theworstgen.com as soon as possible.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free for any orders over $100. Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated during the checkout process. Free shipping is only available to orders delivering to the USA, Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

  • Can I track my order?

    We try to provide tracking wherever possible, however some products will not have tracking available.
